練切和菓子體驗 (第一課)
說起和菓子,很多人都會問:「不是就是糯米餈嗎?」 其實和菓子只是日式甜點的意思,就如日本人稱西式甜點為洋菓子一樣。和菓子種類繁多,這課程針對教授「練切」和菓子的製作方法。第一課著重體驗,讓學生掌握基本製作練切和菓子的技巧,令你回家也能輕鬆簡單做出精緻又美味的菓子。

教授
- 練切的基本製作方法;
- 練切混色;
- 三角棒之運用;
- 4款基本造型;
- 最後配上抹茶,體驗傳統日本茶道享用和菓子的方法。

When we talk about Japanese sweets (Wagashi), most people only think of Mochi. In fact, similar to Western pastry, Wagashi refers to numerous type of Japanese desserts. In this course, we are going to focus on teaching one of the Wagashi called "Nerikiri". This first lesson allows students to learn how to use simple ingredients and basic tools to re-create Nerikiri, this delicate and delicious Japanese sweet, at home.

Learning outcomes:
- How to make Nerikiri;
- Nerikiri colouring;
- How to use the triangle rod for shaping;
- 4 designs will be done in the class;
- Class will be wrapped up with Japanese Chado experience of pairing Matcha and Wagashi.
